I get an error "File not found" when trying to download a converted file

If you are unable to download a converted file or getting a "File not found" error, it might be that the converted file has expired. A converted file can be deleted from our servers by you immediately after the conversion, otherwise it is deleted automatically by our system after 3 hours.

Tip: Try to convert your file again and see if that helps. If you still have a problem, please contact our customer support.
