How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. This article is a step by step guide on how to do that.
The membership you have purchased remains active until it reaches its expiry date. For example, if you purchase a 1 month membership, and then choose to cancel it, the membership will remain active until the end of the 1 month period.
Please visit your account and click Cancel next to the membership you want to cancel.
You may change the payment scheme at any time from the Subscription plan to the Prepaid package and vise versa. You are also able to upgrade/downgrade Subscription plans.
